Privacy
This site collects job details, contact details and photographs. Here is exactly what happens to them.
What we collect
Through the estimator: what the joinery is, what work it needs, its material, condition, requested finish and profile, the size band or measurements you enter, your written description of the job, and any photographs you upload.
Through the estimator submission and the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and any completion date you tell us about.
Automatically: the marketing source you arrived from where that is present in the link you followed (campaign parameters), so we know which of our own channels are working.
Photographs
Photographs you upload are stored so the workshop can assess the job. They are not published anywhere without asking you first, and they are not sold or shared for advertising.
If an AI estimation provider is configured, photographs and your written description may be sent to that provider to help produce the indicative assessment. That processing happens server-side and the provider is not given your contact details.
How it is used
To estimate, quote, schedule and carry out your job, and to contact you about it. Nothing else.
We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is only active if Coastal 2PAC has configured it. Where it is, aggregate usage is measured to understand which pages lead to enquiries. No analytics scripts are loaded at all while it is unconfigured.
The site stores your marketing source for the duration of your visit in your browser so it can be attached to your enquiry. That is cleared when you close the tab.
How long it is kept
Job records, estimates and photographs are kept while they are commercially useful: a job you might come back to, a colour you might want matched again. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Access and deletion
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact coastal2pac@outlook.com or call 0409 389 111.
