Process

A two-pack finish magnifies whatever is under it. That single fact sets the order of everything below, and it is why spraying is the shortest part of any job.

How a job runs

Six stages, in order, every time. Your carcasses stay in your house the whole way through.

    Send the job

    Describe what you have and show us. The full run of doors, the edges, and anything already damaged.

    We collect

    Doors, fronts and panels picked up from you. Hardware comes off and gets bagged by position.

  3. Sanding a timber surface back before finishing

    Assess and repair

    Swelling, lifting and chips found at strip, not at quote. Filled and sanded before anything is sprayed.

    Prep and prime

    Edges sealed, primed and blocked until the face reads flat under a straight light. Most of the job is here.

  5. 05

    Spray and cure

    Sprayed to ratio and flash times in a controlled booth, then cured to schedule. Whole sets in one session.

    Back to you

    Checked under booth light, wrapped, and delivered back. Return delivery is in the price.

Why two jobs that look the same are not

Two kitchens arrive. Same number of doors, same colour, same photographs. One is sound melamine with a few handle-line scratches. The other has been resprayed once already, over filler, with two edges quietly swelling under the sink: and none of that shows until the coating comes off.

The spraying on both is the same afternoon. The preparation on the second is a day or more, plus repair work. That is the whole reason estimates are a range and why the confirmed price comes after the job is properly looked at.
